I’ve taken Somatic Muscle Release classes from Linda for over 5 years. At 78 years old, I attribute her SMR teachings to being able to move with more fluidity than many of my peers. In addition to the SMR classes, when I’ve had a specific ache or pain, her talents as a Trager practitioner have eased those aches and pains. Linda is a godsend… she has helped me in so many ways.
